Returns Policy

At Workwear Needs Ltd, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please find our returns policy below:

1. Returns Period
You can return any item purchased from us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused and saleable condition and packaging.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at sales@corporateneeds.co.uk or call us at 01962 676 020 as soon as possible to arrange a return, refund or replacement.

3. Personalized Items
Please note that items that have been personalized or modified at your request (for example, items that have been embroidered, screen printed, or heat sealed) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

4. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please package it securely and include a note with your name, address, and whether you require a refund or exchange. Please send your return to: Workwear Needs Ltd, 5 Atherley Court, Hill Lane, Southampton, SO15 7NG.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
