These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Workwear Needs Ltd website and the purchase of goods from it. By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Ordering
    All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. When you submit an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered.

    All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All items are subject to availability.
  3. Delivery
    We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Workwear Needs Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
  4. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
